The second biggest mistake is that businesses don’t want to pay to have someone help them with their marketing.
It is always interesting how businesses are willing to pay an attorney to help them with the legal side of things, an accountant to do their books and file their taxes, and all different types of other experts to help them in their business. However, when it comes to Marketing, businesses are still trying to DIY it.
When a business is just starting out, it is totally ok to DIY it. But when you are a few years in and really trying to skyrocket sales, it is time to work with an expert.

Mistake number three – a business is either going way too broad or way too niche with their marketing tactics.
Most businesses either go way too broad, such as advertising on cable television, and then falling to follow up with the people who show interest.
